How long will it take to receive my final product?
The average order takes approximately 2 - 4 weeks from the time we receive it.
Can I get my order any faster?
Yes. You may choose to add a Rush Fee at the time you place your order. All rush orders are completed within 1 - 2 weeks.
Can I e-mail / upload my raw footage?
No. In order to produce a high quality product, your original raw footage tapes are required. Please make sure to label your tapes chronologically.
Can I add photographs to my order?
Yes. You can add as many photographs as you would like. All photographs must be submitted on CD format.
Can I get additional DVD copies?
Yes. You can add additional DVD copies to your order.
Why should I get a Mini DV copy?
Having a Mini DV copy will allow you to easily replace any lost or damaged DVD over time.
What is a Recap?
A Recap is a song length montage of your vacation. It is typically edited using extra special effects such as, slow motion, black and white, sepia, etc. View our Samples.
Can I use a specific song for my video?
Yes. Although we have an extensive music library, you may choose to use a specific/unique song or two for your video. All you need to do is send us a copy of the CD.
Will I get back all the materials I send you?
Yes. Everything we receive will be shipped back to you with your final product.
What shipping method do you use?
Your final product will be shipped with a tracking number using USPS. All packages are also insured and have a delivery confirmation.
